Quote: "Oleh Syniehubov, the Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, informed the President that 16 hromadas had been fully liberated and 7 hromadas partially liberated. Approximately 6% of the oblast’s territory is still occupied, while it had been 32% before the Ukrainian defenders’ counteroffensive."

Details: Syniehubov added that damaged infrastructure - electricity and mobile phone service - was being repaired, and medical institutions were resuming their work.

Zelenskyy pointed out that it was vital to restore power as soon as possible and urged the local administration to increase the number of engineers and State Emergency Service team members to speed up the process.
