Russian rockets hit a children's playground and a museum located in the centre of Kyiv.

  • In the morning of 10 October, several explosions rang out in the centre of the capital, causing casualties and fatalities. The movement of trains on the red line of the metro is suspended. 
  • Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko reported that Russian rockets hit facilities in the Shevchenkivskyi and Solomianskyi neighbourhoods of Kyiv; traffic in the centre of the capital is blocked.
