Some of them escaped, the rest are being kept under guard, and they [Russian forces] are trying, using psychological pressure, to return them to their unit and send them back into battle."

Details: Serhii Haidai states that conscripts are currently being held in custody at one of the businesses in Kreminna.

Haidai also reported that the occupiers are cutting off power supply to the settlements of Luhansk Oblast to force people to leave their homes.

At the same time, they [occupiers] are already compiling lists of people willing to settle in someone else's homes in Sievierodonetsk. The so-called "administration" of the invaders is offering flats with all facilities. The survey started from Novikova Street.

Serhii Haidai has also reported that the situation on the border between Luhansk Oblast and the rest of Ukraine remains tense. The Russians shelled Stelmakhivka with mortars and with tubed and rocket artillery.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces once again repelled the Russian attack on Bilohorivka village on 22 October.

Over the past day, the Air Force of Ukraine carried out 17 strikes and hit 15 clusters of weapons and military equipment, as well as two positions of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems.

Air defence units shot down a Ka-52 helicopter and three Orlan UAVs.

Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery hit three command posts, six clusters of manpower, weapons, and military equipment, an ammunition depot, and five other important sites used by the Russian invaders, including one radar station.
