The Russian invaders are trying to quickly replenish their troops that are suffering heavy losses in the war; therefore, they are handing out conscription notices in Luhansk Oblast to everyone who is under 55 years old, even doctors.

Thus, even doctors are being called up in Dovzhansk. This includes anesthesiologists, surgeons, traumatologists, and medical assistants from 30 to 55 years old. The main requirement is to be in excellent physical shape."

Luhansk Oblast Military Administration has reported that the Ukrainian defenders have repelled Russian attacks near Dibrova and Stelmakhivka. The invaders are defending on the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts. 

The occupiers attacked the areas in and around Makiivka, Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, and Ploshchanka; moreover, they used an attack drone near Novoselivske. 

Ukrainian aircraft continue to kill the occupiers. Over the past day, there were 12 strikes on clusters of manpower, weapons, and military equipment, as well as 2 positions of the occupiers’ anti-aircraft missile systems. 

Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery hit four command posts, two clusters of manpower, weapons, and military equipment, a weapons and military equipment unloading station, an ammunition storage point, and a retransmitter.
