A Russian missile has struck a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, and people may be trapped under the rubble.

Quote from Tymoshenko: "Kryvyi Rih. An apartment block has been hit. The building is damaged and people may be trapped under the rubble.

Earlier, Vilkul reported that Russian missiles had struck Kryvyi Rih during a massive missile attack on Ukraine on the morning of 16 December.
He urged residents not to film or post anything on social media.
