Russians kill 3 civilians in Donetsk Oblast in a day – Oblast Military Administration

The head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration (OMA), Pavlo Kyrylenko, said that three civilians were killed during Russian shelling over the past day.

Quote from Kyrylenko: "On 28 February, Russians killed three residents of Donetsk Oblast: two in [the village of] Lastochkyne and one in [the village of] Velyka Novosilka."

Details: According to him, four more people in the oblast were injured.

It is currently impossible to determine the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
