Quote from Syrskyi: "The situation in the east remains difficult. The enemy does not stop trying to achieve success and attacks our positions daily.

The enemy is particularly active near Kupiansk, where they are trying to advance on several fronts at once. On the Bakhmut front, the enemy has significantly strengthened their grouping and switched from defence to active operations."

Details: Syrskyi said the Russians are attempting to stop the advance of Ukrainian troops there and to regain their lost position using airborne units. Assault groups from Storm Z detachments are also being deployed in some areas.

"The enemy's actions are supported by heavy artillery and mortar fire. The use of kamikaze drones is constantly increasing. At the same time, thanks to the professional and coordinated actions of our soldiers, the enemy is suffering heavy losses and cannot achieve their goals," Syrskyi said.

Syrskyi said he had worked with the commanders of the military units operating in the areas where the Russians' main efforts are focused so that they can respond to the Russians’ actions quickly and develop effective ways to fight back.

Quote: "After a detailed review of the features of the nature and method of the enemy's actions, we discussed every possible way of using our troops. We planned further work.

Of course, you can plan all sorts of actions, but their effectiveness will primarily depend on the courage and resilience of our soldiers, and the level of their professional training. That's why my top priority is always the moral component and the readiness of our servicemen to perform their tasks."
