Russian aggressors are deliberately destroying civilian and critical infrastructure in Mariupol to create a humanitarian disaster.

Verbatim: "The situation in Mariupol is difficult. At 22:00, nearly the entire city was cut off from electricity and water supply as a result of a direct artillery hit. This is also what caused the electricity to shut down. Repair crews start working as soon as the shelling stops, but it is extremely difficult since the aggressors hit right at civilian and critical infrastructure. They are trying to follow the same principle as in Volnovakha: to create a humanitarian disaster (blocking the supply of commodities, blocking the ability to bake bread on our own).

Details: Kyrylenko added that on 2 March, around 200 people were evacuated from Volnovakha, bringing the total to almost 700 people. Some were settled in health facilities, where possible. The head of the civil-military administration assured that the evacuation would continue.
