Russian authorities urge residents of occupied areas of Kharkiv Oblast to evacuate

Russian authorities of occupied Kharkiv Oblast urged all residents of the area to "evacuate" to the Russian Federation.

Details: Ganchev called upon all "residents of the area" to evacuate to save their lives.

He claimed that representatives of the "administration" are working in temporary accommodation centres and are ready to provide the "refugees" with food, heating and medicine.

Previously: The Russian invaders announced an "evacuation" from the occupied territory of the Kharkiv Oblast after the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a counteroffensive and liberated some of the settlements.

On 9 September, it was reported that the "evacuation" from Izium, Kupiansk and Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv Oblast to the Russian Federation was under way.

On 10 September, the Ministry of Defence of Russia announced that they had transferred troops from Balakliia and Izium in the Kharkiv region to the Donetsk front, allegedly to achieve the goals of the "special operation", and that they also conducted a number of diversionary and demonstrative activities.
