Explosions ring out in Dnipro – critical infrastructure damaged

Explosions rang out in the city of Dnipro on the morning of 18 October.

Details: An air-raid siren is still sounding in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Later, Tymoshenko reported that the occupiers hit the energy infrastructure facility in Dnipro twice. The strikes caused serious damage. The State Emergency Service is working at the scene.

Tymoshenko has promised to give more details later.

FreeDom has specified that the Russians damaged energy infrastructure in the suburbs of Dnipro. The channel has also posted a video from the locations of the strikes, showing thick black smoke visible there. 

Tymoshenko has also warned that some districts in Dnipro might be left without electricity and water supply due to the attacks on the city.
