Background: 

  • Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitriy Peskov confirmed that the next round of talks for delegations is scheduled for Monday, March 14. Podoliak said that possible dates for the talks were March 14 and 15, and added that they would raise the issue of Russian compensation for the destroyed buildings.
  • On March 12, it became known that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations continued talks in videoconference format after the last face-to-face meeting on March 7.
