Russian tank shot at car with children inside in Kharkiv region: 3 people killed

In Kharkiv oblast, a Russian tank shot at a car which had a family with two children inside; two adults and a child died as a result. In Sumy oblast, the enemy fired on some pensioners, killing one woman.

Quote: "The family were shouting that they were civilians, waving a white flag, but in vain. The parents and a 9-year-old girl died, and a 17-year-old boy was injured."
Details: In Sumy oblast, the occupiers shot at the spouses of some pensioners who were cycling to the hospital.
A 59-year-old woman was killed and her husband was injured.
On these grounds, the Prosecutor's Office is conducting pre-trial investigations under Art. 438 part 2 of the Criminal Code (Violation of the Laws and Customs of War).
